Angle Health raises $600 million at a $2.7 billion valuation
Angle Health, which provides a health insurance platform for small businesses, announced $600 million in financing through a new transaction.
The transaction consists of a $200 million Series C investment and a $400 million tender offer to purchase shares from early holders. The company is valued at $2.7 billion.
Transaction structure
Angle Health announced $600 million in total financing on September 18, 2026. Vitruvian Partners led the transaction, joined by Town Hall Ventures, Blumberg Capital, Portage Ventures, PruVen Capital and Y Combinator.
Of the total, $200 million is Series C capital going into the company, while $400 million is a tender offer providing liquidity to early shareholders. Therefore, not all $600 million will enter the company’s balance sheet as new cash. The deal is expected to close later in September.
Product and scale
Founded in 2019 by Ty Wang and Anirban Gangopadhyay, the company helps small and midsize U.S. businesses select and manage employee health insurance plans. Its platform uses AI in quoting, plan design and administrative processes.
The company says it serves more than 5,000 employers, offers customized plans in 47 states and has recorded four consecutive quarters of profitability. These figures come from the company and do not guarantee the same savings for every customer.
